Following is the structure of EGAL, incase we dont have a person for the task yet, its missing and feel free to contact me if you are interested in helping us out:
EGAL main coordinator - Lee
EGST main coordinator - (I hope qs can take this as he was suppose to host egfl anyways)
EGAL pickups head ref - Kace in charge of all the pickup related activities
EGAL baseduel head ref - Karth in charge of all the baseduel related activities
EGAL league head ref - donor in charge of all the league related activities
Refs - Karth, Kace , Elixir , TheCript, camshaft, eel, donor, unlimited, monty python, nao (im looking for at least 10 refs who can be online actively during those 2 weeks, you will be granted access to host pickups, egbdls/bdls and league games when there are enough people online)

i'll put the time to coordinate Baseduel league. Thats what I'm most familiar with, as I pushed for EGBDL that first season, and was ref for it. can handle.

i've a bigger project between the 17.10-13.11.2011. i still wanna be ref. and take some effort for eg during my evenings, but if you can, you might wanna get an 11th ref. just in case.
