Awens to All:

I am doing a bit of Playing while Water Boils for making some American Style Spaghetti with Meat Sauce.

Today, in order to make a Salisbury Steak, I need Bread Crumbs so I am making it.

This is how I am Drying the Bread Cubes before grinding them into Bread Crumbs:

Just came up with that idea just today. In order to speed up Drying Out the Bread Cubes, put them in a Steel Sieve and put it on a Toaster and run the Toaster every once in a while. Dries the Break Cubes right out in No Time.

And while the Bread Cubes are Drying Out, I am going to Kill Time by Playing a bit of EG.

This morning is July 1st Canada Day so I made a Triad Breakfast to Celebrate Canada Day.

I had no Sausages on hand so I made it with left over Chili Con Carne.  So on each Potato Cake, I put an Egg and then a Spoonful of Chili Con Carne with a Pinch of Cheddar Cheese and a few drops of Ketchup on Top.

So this is a Mexican Version of my Manx Triad Breakfast:

It is Delicious!!!
